If you're a control freak, you might think that you're always better off doing everything yourself.
After all, if no one else can do it faster than you, better than you, or exactly the way it should be done, then you may as well just do it, right?
Wrong!!
There comes a time to stop doing everything yourself.
Because if you keep doing everything, you'll never have time for anything better.
Speaking from experience, my commercial real estate career (and earnings) really took flight when I let go of things that were - and apologies if this sounds a bit cocky - below my paygrade.
It freed me up to do the things that had the biggest impact on results.
